Getting it out of Notion
Companies and People and Projects
- 1Open the Notion database as a full page.
- 2Click ••• at the top right, then Export.
- 3Choose Markdown & CSV as the format, then Export.
- 4Unzip the download. The database is the .csv file inside (use the one ending _all.csv if there are two).
Then import the file in Millstone. It recognises a Notion export and shows you every row before anything goes in.
Or let your assistant move it
With Claude or ChatGPT connected over MCP.
“I am moving my studio from Notion. Walk me through bringing it into Millstone.”
It asks what you use, tells you how to export it, then stages, maps and previews the file. Nothing goes in until you say yes. Importing needs a Full access key.

Lighten the load
Early access opens a few studios at a time, each onboarded personally. Put yours forward and put some of the weight down.
