The assistant you already use, running your studio

Millstone works with Claude, ChatGPT and the rest. Connect the one you already talk to, and it can read and run the studio with you: everything you can reach, and nothing you cannot.

Connect, ask, approve

  1. 1

    Connect it

With Claude or ChatGPT, you sign in and approve, and that is it. With other tools, you copy one key from your settings and paste it in. Either way it takes a minute.

  2. 2

    Ask

Who owes us money. Who is booked next week. How did Ridgeline actually do. The answers come from the same rows the app shows, not a summary beside them.

  3. 3

    Approve

When it drafts a chaser, a follow-up or a next step, the draft lands in an inbox in Millstone. You read it, and you send it. Nothing is sent, changed or charged on its own.

Who still owes us money?
Two invoices are overdue: one 12 days, one 3. Want me to draft the chasers?
Yes, and offer the first one a call.
Both drafts are in your inbox. The first has a booking link for next week in it.

What it can do

The same things you can do in Millstone, because it is working in Millstone. Ask for the pipeline and you get the pipeline, not an export of it.

  • Clients and people

Every company and contact, who is linked to what, a summary of any client.

  • Projects and tasks

What is in scope, what is done, what is next, and the story of a job so far.

  • Proposals

Draft one, price it from your catalogue, and read the terms exactly as signed. Sending stays with you.

  • Invoices and money

Raise invoices, record payments, see what is unbilled and what is due.

  • Contractors and time

Who is booked and when, time logged and timers running, payment requests.

  • Meetings and forms

Offer times, share a booking link, set up a form and read the answers.

  • The numbers

Margin on each project, what the studio costs to run, what is coming up for renewal.

  • Its own inbox

The drafts waiting for you, and the rules you have taught it.

Built to act like someone on the team

Not through settings you have to remember, but through how it is connected: as a person, with that person’s standing, and with the consequential things held back for a second look.

  • It is you

It works as the person who connected it, with exactly their access. A junior’s assistant is a junior. A contractor’s sees their own jobs and rates, and nothing else. There is no back door with more reach than anyone on the team.

  • The big things are held back

Issuing an invoice, recording a payment, inviting someone in, publishing a booking link, even drafting into your inbox: these need an extra permission you switch on deliberately. Until you do, the assistant cannot even see them.

  • It shows you before anything goes out

Before an invitation goes anywhere, it tells you exactly who would get it, and waits for a yes. And it never pastes the invitation link into the chat; that goes straight to the person it is for.

  • You can teach it

Tell it how you like things done, chasers in your tone, never on a Friday, and it remembers. Its next draft follows the rule, and you can retire one whenever you like.

Bring the assistant you already have

Every plan includes this. There is no agent tier, and no bundled chatbot to be loyal to.
