Then import the file in Millstone. It recognises a Harvest export and shows you every row before anything goes in.
What stays behind
Harvest's own lists rarely match a studio's, so they are left out unless yours do.
- Budgets, hours and dates stay behind: a project's fee and dates come from its stages here.

Or let your assistant move it
With Claude or ChatGPT connected over MCP.
“I am moving my studio from Harvest. Walk me through bringing it into Millstone.”
It asks what you use, tells you how to export it, then stages, maps and previews the file. Nothing goes in until you say yes. Importing needs a Full access key.
