- 4HubSpot emails a download link. Open it and save the CSV.
People
- 1In HubSpot, go to CRM, then Contacts.
- 2Pick the view to bring (All contacts for everything).

- 4HubSpot emails a download link. Open it and save the CSV.
Then import the file in Millstone. It recognises a HubSpot export and shows you every row before anything goes in.
What stays behind
HubSpot's own lists rarely match a studio's, so they are left out unless yours do.
- Lifecycle stage, industry and size are HubSpot's own lists, so they are left out unless yours match.
- Lifecycle stage and lead status are HubSpot's own lists, so they are left out.

“I am moving my studio from HubSpot. Walk me through bringing it into Millstone.”
It asks what you use, tells you how to export it, then stages, maps and previews the file. Nothing goes in until you say yes. Importing needs a Full access key.
