What might come next. An entry here is an idea, not a promise: it says what the feature would do and how much of it exists today.

## Potential features

- **Contractor availability.** A contractor keeps a status (looking for work, open to opportunities, unavailable), set from a one-click email the studio can send on a cadence they choose, to contractors who opt in. The status shows on Bookings and in Home's who is free. The email is drafted on the operator Emails page; the status, schedule and opt-in are not built.

- **E-invoicing (PEPPOL).** A second route for an issued invoice beside email: straight into the client's accounting software, addressed by their participant ID, with the delivery recorded on the invoice. Early for a UK studio, but HMRC is consulting on mandating it. Nothing exists today; the invoice is emailed or shared by link.

- **Send changes to Xero.** An accounts sync that only happens when you say so: a button on an invoice's record that pushes it, and a mark on the sheet showing it is linked. Explicit, per document, visible on the record, never a background job. No accounts integration exists today.

- **Dropbox.** Link a project to a Dropbox folder, so the client's brand assets and working files sit in the project without being uploaded twice. A folder link on the project and its files listed alongside the portal's own, read-only to start. Nothing exists today; files are uploaded to the portal.
